Submit a request to delete your BookCourts account and associated data
What happens when you delete your account?
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, etc.)
- Your profile picture
- All your court bookings and reservations
- Your club memberships
- Event registrations
- Lesson enrollments
- Payment history
- Any clubs you own (and all their associated data)
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible
- Processing takes up to 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email when complete
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- You may need to verify your identity
