Managing Courts
A club isn't much use without courts! Follow this guide to add Tennis, Pickleball, or Multi-sport courts to your facility and configure their booking constraints.
Adding a New Court
If you are an Admin viewing your Club Dashboard, you have access to the Court Management tools.
- Navigate to the Courts tab in your Club Administration menu.
- Click the Add Court button.
- Provide a Name (e.g., "Court 1", "Championship Court") and select the Sport Type (Tennis vs. Pickleball).
- Set your Pricing model. If your facility requires users to pay to reserve a slot, specify your hourly rate here. If courts are free for club members, leave it as 0.
- Click Save Court.
Important: Pricing cannot be collected through BookCourts until you have completed your Stripe Onboarding in the Payments section!
Understanding Time Slots
The BookCourts engine automatically generates hourly booking slots for every court based on your Club's global Operating Hours. If your club is open from 9 AM to 9 PM, the reservation grid will dynamically populate those blocks for players to reserve.
