Setting up Lessons

Coaches and Club Admins can offer private or group instruction to members and the public through the BookCourts Lesson Management suite.

How to Offer a Lesson

A lesson acts as a bookable product attached to a specific coach within your BookCourts system.

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select the Lessons navigation tab.
  2. Click Add New Lesson.
  3. Specify the lesson's Title (e.g., "Beginner's Tennis Fundamentals", "Pickleball Drop Shot Clinic").
  4. Select the instructing Coach from your club's roster.
  5. Set the total Capacity. A capacity of 1 makes it a private lesson, while higher capacities configure it as a group clinic.
  6. Determine the required Price per student.
  7. Define the scheduling availability by setting the specific Date and Time slots for this curriculum.
  8. Click Publish Lesson.
Automated Visibility: Published lessons immediately appear on your public Club Profile. Users can sign-in, pay securely with Stripe, and automatically decrement the available capacity of the group clinic.
