Drive engagement at your sports facility by hosting scheduled Events and competitive Tournaments via the BookCourts unified platform.

Creating an Event

Running a smooth public event begins with proper digital organization and clear limits.

  1. Access the Events module from your Club Admin Panel.
  2. Click Create Event to initialize the builder.
  3. Complete the event fundamentals: Title, rich Description regarding rules/format, and the overarching Date range.
  4. Select which specific Courts will be blocked off locally to host the matches for the duration of this event.
  5. Set the Registration Fee required per competitor, and outline the maximum Participant Limit.
  6. Upload an attractive cover image, or use our AI Social Generator, to stand out on the platform.
  7. Click Publish Event.
Instant Conflict Prevention: When an event is published and a court is assigned to it, BookCourts automatically locks out the standard hourly reservation grid for those specific courts! This ensures that standard players cannot accidentally double-book a court meant for tournament use.
