Registration & Memberships
BookCourts makes it simple to sign up as a User to book courts, or as an Owner to register and manage an entire facility.
Registering a New Account
To begin using the BookCourts platform, you must first create a standardized User account.
- Click the Register button in the top right corner of the homepage.
- Fill out your name, preferred email address, and a secure password.
- Click Submit. You will be immediately logged into your new Dashboard.
Quick Tip: If you are an owner logging in to manage your facility, you still start by creating a standard User account! Your club administrative privileges will become active once you've upgraded.
Upgrading to a Club Plan
If you intend to host courts, manage lessons, and collect revenue, you will need an active Club Subscription Plan.
- From your User Dashboard, locate the "Upgrade your Plan" ribbon or find the Create Club button.
- You will be presented with our pricing tiers. Select the plan that matches your facility's size.
- Enter your credit card information securely via Stripe.
- Upon successful payment, your account will be upgraded with the authorization permissions required to register a brand new facility inside the BookCourts ecosystem!
