Creating a Club

Once your account is enrolled in a Premium subscription plan, you unlock the ability to construct a complete Club profile that prospective players can find, follow, and join.

Launching Your Club Dashboard

We've designed the creation interface to be as frictionless as possible. Setting up a new club only takes five minutes.

  1. From your User Dashboard sidebar, locate the green Create Club button.
  2. Fill out your Club's branding details: Name, Address, Phone Number, and Description. This information is public and helps local players find you!
  3. Specify your Privacy Settings. Note: public clubs can be joined instantly, while private clubs require the Club Admin to manually approve membership requests.
  4. If you charge a recurring membership fee, be sure to set the monthly subscription amount.
  5. Click Launch Club to generate your unique `/club/{slug}` public homepage.
You are now the Owner! The system automatically assigns you as the primary Club Admin. You can now begin adding courts, pricing structures, and events.
