Submitting Support Tickets

Encountered a bug or need clarification on a feature? The BookCourts internal ticketing system connects you directly with our dedicated administrators.

Opening a Help Request

We process all internal club inquiries through tickets to ensure that your issues are tracked and resolved efficiently without getting lost in email threads.

  1. From your User or Club Dashboard, click the Support button in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Create New Ticket.
  3. Provide a clear Subject summarize the primary issue.
  4. Select the most appropriate Category dropdown (e.g., Billing, Technical, Account). This helps route your request to the correct team!
  5. Describe your issue in detail in the Message box. Provide steps to reproduce bugs if applicable.
  6. Click Submit Ticket.
Automated Updates: You will receive a dashboard notification and an email ping every time a BookCourts Administrator replies to your ticket or updates its status.
