Submitting Support Tickets
Encountered a bug or need clarification on a feature? The BookCourts internal ticketing system connects you directly with our dedicated administrators.
Opening a Help Request
We process all internal club inquiries through tickets to ensure that your issues are tracked and resolved efficiently without getting lost in email threads.
- From your User or Club Dashboard, click the Support button in the left sidebar.
- Click Create New Ticket.
- Provide a clear Subject summarize the primary issue.
- Select the most appropriate Category dropdown (e.g., Billing, Technical, Account). This helps route your request to the correct team!
- Describe your issue in detail in the Message box. Provide steps to reproduce bugs if applicable.
- Click Submit Ticket.
Automated Updates: You will receive a dashboard notification and an email ping every time a BookCourts Administrator replies to your ticket or updates its status.
